RealEast Networks releases new version of its product RSF1000 Softswitch. New version 2.0 has a renewed distributed architecture, capability to distribute the system up to the functional module that allows to increase stability, higher capacity (if server based) and redundancy of separate functional units.
RSF1000 Softswitch 2.0 has a number of features like:
• Authorization by IPport, loginpassword or prefixes
• Routing by text file (IP, LCR, Prefix) or external server (RADIUS)
• Protocol converter mode
• SIP H323 architectural support (with/without fast start and RTP enhanced proxying)
• ISDN support using NMS CTI boards. VoIP-to-ISDN, ISDN-to-VoIP transparent conversion.
• On-line web interface viewing of sessions with capability to filter and terminate selected session, recording CDR in text file.
• Scalability and proportional distribution to create tree-type node structures (at partner’s, client’s side etc.)
